The incumbent will oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy (developing, planning and executing all marketing initiatives) for our premium portals, products and projects in accordance with the company vision.
Principle responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Planning and Strategizing:
Develop overall marketing strategy for our portals, with a detailed action plan for PR, SEO, SEM, Email, Social media, Blog campaigns, Lead Generation etc.
Should have well-rounded experience of Digital Marketing
Should have online/offline marketing experience. Monitor market research with a view to identifying strategic partners, monitor competition space and identify best practices.
Work with product marketing, sales teams in identifying opportunities, building proper marketing messages and executing campaigns.
Build Inbound marketing capabilities including content generation, lead nurturing.
PR and Branding:
Oversee PR activity for both domestic and Overseas market US market.
Build targeted placement and campaigns for branding online.
Improve email marketing for creating newsletters targeted campaigns etc.
Increase user engagement through emails.
Social Media and Paid Marketing
Social Media Marketing - improve engagement, optimize paid campaigns.
Optimize retargeting campaigns on Adroll or AdWords.
Create and manage dashboards for businesses to monitor performance, spend and planning
Use the customer data in email nurturing marketing, lead generation and nurturing through sales teams.
Provide insights and analyses on lead sources, sales, customers, channels.
Analyse data vis-a-vis marketing initiatives on a routine basis with a view to increase conversion rates and Return On Investment.
Understand and study marketing options of E commerce websites like Amazon etc and engage more sales platforms and marketplaces
Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential/existing customers to meet their needs.
Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
Work with external vendors on various projects and manage day-to-day operations/ reporting.
Planning and Reporting:
Create detailed work plans for campaigns, get buy in from business and execute flawlessly with continuous follow ups, report on status and results.
Provide daily updates with regards to marketing spend, leads generated, conversion funnels, CPA and other business metrics to reporting manager and business unit heads.
Generate insightful reports from tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook insights, Act-On etc.
Salary: INR 22,50,000 - 32,50,000 P.A.
